      30 Day Exchange and Return Policy: We will happily exchange any My Little Pillows with manufacturing defects, excluding normal wear and tear, for an identical pillow. Please be extra careful when removing any pillow tags as we are not responsible for any damage caused by tag removal. Pillowcases, including custom pillowcases, may also be exchanged due to any manufacturing defects though we can't guarantee that the identical pattern will be available. Every effort will be made to repair custom pillowcases for free and they will be returned to the buyer together with two complimentary stock pillowcases. Just send us back your product(s) with a copy of the receipt or purchaser name and shipping address within 30 days of purchase. We will ship a replacement out to you at no cost as soon as we receive the returned item(s).
